The Chetek Hydroflites would like to let people know that while the current situation is in flux for our community, it is also in flux for us. At this time we have canceled our first show which was to be on Sunday, May 31st.
For the next two weeks we will not be having organized practices, however, there will be members on our team that will be using their own boats to practice at our ski site. We will be abiding by social distancing and having 10 or less people there at a time. People (families) who have been sheltered together could also be using the site to practice. We are planning on starting team practices with our team boats on Monday, June 1. These practices will be limited on the amount of people that will be there. We will be taking every precaution to ensure that our team members are safe.
The Chetek Hydroflites will be continually accessing how we are going to proceed for the summer in regards to performing shows. Please watch The Chetek Alert, Facebook and our website for updates. The Chetek Hydroflites want to thank Chetek and the surrounding communities for all the support they have given us in the past and as we go forward this summer.
